Refund policy
Simple refunds, no hoops.
Effective 2026-07-27. This policy applies to all paid GeoSeen plans and services.
Cancel any time
Cancelling stops the next renewal immediately. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees.
Hands-on work
Fixed-price engagements: work not yet started is refunded in full; partially delivered work is refunded pro rata against the agreed scope.
How refunds are processed
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider. Free scans and free reports never involve payment, so nothing needs refunding there.
